What this site is

joereed.me is a personal writing and thinking site operated by Joe Reed. It hosts essays, frameworks, and a routing tool that points visitors toward the brands and services I build (Exponent Group, Fulcrum Collective, Solveline, Pulse, Hunhu, FindCoach, Find Spiritual Director, Convia). By using the site, you agree to these terms.

Use of content

All writing, frameworks, and visual design on this site are my original work unless otherwise credited. You are welcome to:

• Read, share, and link to any essay or framework page on this site
• Quote passages with attribution (author: Joe Reed, URL of the original piece)
• Download and use framework PDFs for your own organization, team, or engagement

You may not:

• Republish essays in full without written permission
• Train commercial AI models on the content of this site
• Resell framework PDFs or derivative resources without written permission
• Represent my writing or frameworks as your own

Frameworks and diagnostics

The frameworks, diagnostics, and personalized output on this site are meant as thinking tools. They are not legal, medical, financial, or clinical advice. If your organization is in crisis, you should engage a qualified advisor, not a PDF.

Routing to portfolio brands

The two-step routing tool points you toward one of the brands in my portfolio. Each brand is a separate entity with its own team, terms, and engagement process. Clicking through to a portfolio brand puts you on that brand's site and under that brand's terms. I do not guarantee outcomes, fit, or availability at any portfolio brand.

Newsletter and email

Subscribing to the newsletter is opt-in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Replying to a welcome-sequence email will cancel the remaining automated sequence so you do not keep getting messages from me while we are in conversation.

Accuracy

I try to get it right. I edit. Sometimes I get it wrong. Content on this site is provided as-is, without warranty. If you see something that is materially inaccurate, email me and I will fix it.

Links to third parties

I link to outside sites, books on Amazon, and people I respect. I do not control third-party sites, and linking to them is not an endorsement of every claim they make. Amazon book links use the standard Amazon product URL and are not affiliate-monetized.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any of the content, tools, or frameworks it publishes. Your use of this site is at your own discretion.

Changes to these terms

If these terms materially change, I will update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
