About

I cut my teeth in pastoral work. Did community development in South Africa. Ended up in Boston, building platforms and consulting across sectors to help restore local communities.

At some point, the patterns became impossible to ignore.

A church. A clinic. A school district. A startup. Different language. Same load-bearing walls failing in the same places.

I show leaders the architecture underneath the vision. The invisible structure running their organization whether anyone has named it or not. I translate between sectors that don't know they're solving each other's problems. And I build infrastructure that outlives my involvement.

If you can see exactly where your organization needs to go but nobody around you can see it too, I understand.
